SHIPPING POLICY

 

Your order should ship within 3-5 business days of placing it.  We ship Monday-Friday.  For regular Domestic orders, we ship USPS first-class and priority mail and UPS Ground.  For regular International orders, we ship USPS first-class and priority international or your choice of UPS delivery options.  We are not responsible for taxes or duties applied by the destination country.  We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. UPS delivers Monday through Friday.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy:

We pride ourselves in customer service. To have the best possible online experience, customers are provided with a 30-day return policy on unused merchandise. All that is required from the customer, is to send back the items in their original packing and in new/unwashed condition.
Returns available for items up to 30 days of the purchase date.

Products MUST be in the original delivery condition, with the original box, with packing slips and tags included. WITH RETURN FORM. Used items may only be returned if deemed defective and returned within 60 days of purchase date.

We have no restocking fees, but we do ask that the customer assume costs for return shipping fees.

Stride Out Ranch Wear will pay for the re-shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2-3 business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

This will reflect within 2-3 business days.

Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
